How to relaunch your Facebook-related integrations ("Ways")

We noticed bugs in the Facebook-related integrations, so we've updated the Apiway app.

Because of this, your Facebook-related integrations stopped working. 

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience, but this is necessary for the workability of your integrations.

You need to perform the following steps for the integrations to work:

Choose your "My Apps" tab (1)

Choose the "Connect" Facebook Leads app again (2)

You will see a message indicating that the Facebook Lead App is successfully connected (3)

Now you need to go to the "My Ways" tab (4)

You need to remove all old Facebook-related integrations (5)

Then select "Create a way" (6)
And create an integration again.

We understand that this is a very bad user experience, but unfortunately, this is the only way to fix the problem.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will do our best to make sure it doesn't happen again.
